Prices are displayed in South African Rand unless otherwise stated.

Applicable delivery charges are shown during checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices prospectively.

Price changes will not ordinarily affect completed orders that have already been accepted and paid, subject to applicable law and cases of obvious error.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected goods.

  • fulfilment confirmation.

If an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, we will inform you and process any amount lawfully due for refund.

Mirela Beauty does not ordinarily store complete payment-card credentials where these are processed by the payment gateway or payment provider.

Mirela Beauty currently delivers within South Africa only.

Estimated delivery is generally 5–14 business days, subject to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery periods are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies arising under applicable law where delivery obligations are not met.

8. Returns, defects and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer's rights in relation to defective, unsafe, unsuitable or non-conforming goods where those rights apply.

9. Product use

Skincare and beauty products should be used according to the instructions and warnings supplied with the product.

Individual skin responses differ.

You should discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience a significant adverse reaction.
