Mirela Beauty currently delivers within South Africa only.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery is generally 5–14 business days.

Delivery periods are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, supplier availability, public holidays, severe weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where tracking information is available, tracking details will be provided using the contact information supplied with your order.

Shipping fee

Standard delivery within South Africa is currently charged at R150 per order, unless otherwise stated at checkout or as part of a promotion.

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.

Mirela Beauty will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned because incorrect delivery information was supplied or delivery could not reasonably be completed, additional delivery charges may apply before the order is resent.

Delivery delays

We will make reasonable efforts to have orders delivered within the estimated delivery period.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.
